Product Overview

Quantum Board Grow Light Series – 100W / 200W / 400W

This is the flat square board of the range: 600 × 600 mm, one panel, no moving parts. It is offered at 100W, 200W and 400W; the 400W build is rated 64000 lm at 160 lm/W, and the lower tiers carry their own output figures in the per-tier table.

Diodes are Sanan Optoelectronics, and the declared wavelengths are 660 nm red, 730 nm infrared, UV, 3000K warm white and 6500K white. That combination gives a broad white base with both red ends covered, which is why the supplier describes it as sunlike. Housing is IP54 aluminium with a 3K temperature rise.

The packaging page is unusually complete: carton 535 × 665 × 90 mm, gross weight 8.5 kg, and a pictured accessory set of rope hangers, two carabiners, manual, linking cable, dimmer and power cord. For buyers freight-planning from a single figure, the 8.5 kg carton is the number to use rather than a net weight. Certification is CE.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Practical questions about this grow light — specifications, customization, samples and ordering.

Each wattage has a different board size - why?
Because the three builds are physically different boards rather than one board driven at three powers: 100W is 305 x 305 mm, 200W is 240 x 600 mm and 400W is 480 x 600 mm. That matters when you are planning rack spacing, because the footprint changes with the wattage you pick.
What is the LED mix in this board?
Red 660nm, IR 730nm, UV 395nm, warm white 3000K and white 6500K. It is a broad five-channel mix rather than a two-white build, so a single board covers vegetative and flowering without a spectrum swap.
What PPE does the build quote?
2.5 µmol/J. It is the lowest efficacy figure in our quantum board range, which is consistent with the UV and far-red channels taking up part of the array - those wavelengths contribute to plant response but not to the photosynthetic photon count the way red and blue do.
Is there a UV safety consideration?
Yes. With a 395nm UV channel the board should not be viewed directly while running, and it should be on a timer rather than left on continuously. That is a handling instruction, not a limitation of the fixture.
What does 'UL Listed Waterproof Drivers' mean in the certification row?
It means the driver components carry a UL listing for wet locations, while the fixture itself is certified to CE. If your project requires the complete fixture to be listed for North America, that is a different build - raise it before ordering.
IP54 and 8.5 kg for a 400W board - is that manageable?
Yes. 8.5 kg net is light for the output, and the boards are flat panels that hang from four points, so installation does not need lifting equipment. IP54 covers condensation and splash, not direct jet washing.
Can the five-channel ratio be rebalanced?
The ratio is configurable, which is the point of a customizable spectrum board. Tell us the balance you want - for example more 660nm and less UV - and we will confirm whether that mix is achievable on the 100W, 200W or 400W board before quoting.
