Foldable LED Bar Grow Light Series – 240W / 500W

At 540 × 540 mm this is the compact end of the folding family, sized for benches, trolleys and small rooms where a 1100 mm frame is too wide. It hangs on a 2 m power cord, so a single person can reposition it between crops.

The control section is fuller than the size suggests: 0–10V, PWM and a knob are all declared, and the fixture has an RJ45 connector for linking units. The declared wavelengths are 3000K white, 6500K white, 460 nm blue, 660 nm red and 730 nm far red, which covers both a vegetative weighted mix and a flowering weighted one depending on channel settings.

Is this a 240W or a 500W fixture?

Both are available on the same AD4-240-2D412-054 platform - 240W and 500W. This page documents the 240W build; the 500W uses the same 540 x 540 mm folding frame with a larger driver and more diodes.

How large is the fixture, and where does that size fit?

540 x 540 mm unfolded, 5 kg net. That is a compact square module - small enough for a 2x2 ft tent, a single propagation tray or a shelf bay, and light enough to hang from light-gauge racking.

What spectrum does the 240W build use?

Can I adjust brightness without a controller?

Yes. There is a knob brightness adjustment on the fixture plus 0-10V/PWM dimming for external control, so it works standalone or wired into a room system.

What is the input voltage?

110-277V, so the same unit runs on North American and European supplies. That matters for a small module because it is often bought in mixed pallets for several markets.

Is IP54 enough for a humid propagation tent?

IP54 covers splash and condensation, which is what a propagation tent produces. It is not rated for direct spraying, so keep the fixture out of the direct mist path when the dome is off.
